Tipp Davis, 106, formerly of Taylor Mill passed away Thursday November 17, 2011 at Rosedale Manor, Latonia. He was a native of Corbin, Kentucky and a retired yardman for L. & N. Railroad and a farmer. He was a longtime member of Decoursey Baptist Church, a Kentucky Colonel, and was awarded the Key to the City of Covington and January 21st. was declared Tipp Davis Day, inducted as honorary member of the United States Marine Corps and Kenton County Sheriff's Department. He was also the proud father of "The Davis Sisters" Country Music Group
