Elizabeth "Ann" Bailey, age 64, a resident of Colorado Springs since 1961, and formerly of Arkansas and Texas, passed away at her home on Saturday, October 18, 2003. She was retired from the United States Civil Service at the United States Air Force Academy.
Elizabeth Ann Donnelly was born on September 9, 1939, in Goose Creek, Texas to Joseph Benedict and Mary Thelma (Bays) Donnelly. Her parents are now deceased. She was the former wife of Lester H. Bailey.
She is survived by her son, Ken (Dorian) Bailey of Colorado Springs; by her two daughters, Blaise Bailey and Jeanne (Keith) Woodman. both of Colorado Springs; by one brother, Joseph B. (Jan) Donnelly, Jr., of Baytown, Texas; by three granddaughters, Alexis Bailey, Tyler Woodman and Grace Woodman. Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Saturday, October 25, 2003 at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses.
