Mrs. Bonnie Lee Swinford Mullins of the Bellville community died Monday morning in Lincoln County Hospital following a long illness. She was 79 years old and the wife of J. W. (Pat) Mullins, who survives. Services were Tuesday afternoon in the chapel of the Ralston-Lee Funeral Home, with the Rev. Paul Leftric officiating. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.

A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late James Payton and Louvinna Moyers Swinford. Mrs. Mullins was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, are two daughters: Mrs. Dorris Richardson and Mrs. Martha Goosby, both of Lincoln County; three sons: Bud Mullins of Chardon, Ohio; Stanley Mullins and Charles Mullins, both of Lincoln County; two sisters: Mrs. Lucille Price of Madison County, Alabama; and Mrs. Rena Beddingfield of Lincoln County; a brother, Dillard Swinford of Lincoln County; and seven grandchildren.
