Although this "new" monument has the name Henry N. Crowder, I believe this is Hamlet Nelson(listed as Nelson Crowder on daughter Essie (Crowder) Jones Winbery's Texas death certificate) Crowder because he is buried beside Nancy E. (Wright) Crowder and children, Annie, Rosa and William T. which according to census records were the wife and children of Hamlet N. Crowder b. Mar 1853 in Alabama (1900 census). I could not find an Arkansas death index on him to confirm the death date?? Also, I could not find a Henry N. Crowder b. about 1844 living in Conway County, Arkansas?? If anyone has more information or can prove me wrong, please let me know so we can get this memorial correct.
