AKA: Lewis Beach, Louis Beach, Louis Deshetre. Des Hetre meaning is Beach Tree.

Birth record from St Benoit says born on Jan 2 1829. His twin brother Cyrille was baptized the same day.

1851 has two census entries.
1851 living with new wife Adaline and 3 month old son Louis at St Marthe. The other one he is still with his father and family in Bytown.

1861 living in Canada. Has a small farm at Winchester in Ontario, Canada.

1865 June 1st living in Richmond Township Winona Minnesota with his wife and family, Lewis, Francis and Emily.

Has two 1870 census entries.
1870 census. Living in Trempealeau, Trempealeau, Wisconsin, Louis was a farmer. In June of 1870 Louis age 43 yrs., was living with his family and his daughter Rosa (Beach) Bebault (Bebo)and her new husband Leander Bebault (BEBO).

1870 census. In Sept 1870 he and his son son, Louis Jr., then 18, were boarding and working on the Laurana farm,(they went to work) Richmond, Winona County, MN, along side of: Peter Bebo, John Bebo and Leander Bebo.

1880 Living in Trempealeau Township Trempealeau County but not in the village of Trempealeau.

June 1 1885 Moody County SD dist 99.

1900 census says he was born Jan 1826 and he immigrated in 1861. It says that Adaline also immigrated in 1861. They are living with their son Leander with his wife Cathrine and their two sons.

1910 census he is living with his brother Nelson Adolphus Beach in Flandreau, SD.
