KELLER, DARIL G. - age 80 of Knoxville, passed away January 20, 2012 at Hillcrest North Nursing Home. He was a longtime member of Grace Baptist Church where he faithfully taught Children's Sunday School for 45 years. He retired from KUB where he was known as Bullet. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Nellie Keller; brothers, Claude, CL, Boyd and Luther; sisters, Opal, Eileen, Velma and Macie. Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Doris Keller; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Jennifer Keller of Johnson City; daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Joe O'Kain of Knoxville; grandchildren, Robin and Rachel O'Kain and Peyton Keller; brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Patsy Keller of Jacksonville, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Melba and David Hill of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Monday at Weaver's chapel with the service to follow at 7pm. Reverends John Sexton and David Holt officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Tuesday at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for an 1 pm interment service.
