Parents: Josiah and Elizabeth Hungerford who are living in Mount Morris, Livingston, NY in the 1850 U S Census with Harriet and her siblings.

Harriet was the second wife of Hiram Osman Cass (son of James Milton Cass), "29y's 3m's 17 dy's"

A daughter "Hattie" (possibly nickname for Harriet) Cass b. 1862 married a J. B. (shown as J. S. Powers in burial record) on 10 Mar 1883 in Sanborn, O'Brien, Iowa. ( Iowa Marriage records) This is later confirmed to be John Powers from census records 1900. She died in 1908 (see fag site).
