He served as treasurer of the Bishop Shanahan Council No. 1, PCBL, which he organized, from its beginning until Jan 1 of this year.
Mr. Kray was a manufacturer of shoes at a shop on S. Duke St. until 1907, and later was an electrical contractor until his retirement 20 years prior to his death. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Churc and the Holy Name Society.
Born in Lancaster, he was a son of the late Andrew and Maragert Keber Kray. His children were Raymond H. (Indian Head, MD), John F, (Colonial Park), Mary Helen (wife of Othmar Staubli, Switzerland), and Charles B. of Maplewood, NJ.
