Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Martin Road Chapel with Glen Walton, of Bell Avenue Church of Christ, and Dick Marcear, of Church of Christ at the Colonies, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Batchelor lived most of her life in Amarillo. She was a homemaker. She was a former member of North Amarillo Church of Christ and presently a member of Central Church of Christ. She married Charles Elson Batchelor on June 4, 1952, in Tucumcari, N.M.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ruth Thomas of Amarillo.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Charles Elson Batchelor Jr. of Fayetteville, Ark., Larry Joe Batchelor of Garland and Michael Wright Batchelor of Pampa; a daughter, Linda Diane Batchelor Cole of Mesquite; two brothers, Fred Enoch Thomas of Amarillo and Frank Barton Thomas Jr. of Channing; three sisters, Dauline Trulock of Jewett, Hattie Ruth Perkins of Amarillo and Donna Boone of Englewood, Colo.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
