Thomas C. Brown was born 20 May 1903 in Eldorado, Clark, Missouri, USA. He was the youngest of the 6 children born to Thomas C. Brown Sr. (1847–1903) and Deborah I. [Hendershott] Brown (1869–1945). Siblings: Flora Iantha [Brown] Jones (1887–1965), Mella Ruth [Brown] Matter (1890–1949), Earl B. Brown (1890–1952), Irene L. [Brown] Bozung (1895-1964) and Josephine Brown (1898–1945). Tom never knew his father as Thomas Brown Sr. had a heart attack and dropped dead 24 days before his last son was born. His father had been married before and had been left a widower so Tom had 3 half-siblings from that marriage; Rebecca A. [Brown] Ogden (1874-1945), Olive E. [Brown] Jeppesen (1877–1923) and Benjamin Pratt Brown (1879-1933).
His mother, Deborah, later married Asa Loran Blanchard and they also had a son, Asa Loran Blanchard Jr. who was another half-sibling to Tom.
Tom was married to Nina Kelso Newman (1909-1957) but she passed away 22 September 1957. He was married again on 5 March 1959 to Thama [Larsen] Pugmire (1917-1997). Tom made his living as a Building Contractor. He passed away in Boise, Ada, Idaho on 13 July 1969 and his body was taken back to Twin Falls, Idaho where he was laid to rest next to his 1st wife, Nina.
