GASTONIA – Nina Bradley Whitesides, 79, of 1706 Overman Ave., died Aug. 20, 2005, at her residence.
She was a native of Sylva, daughter of the late John Bedford and Beulah Patterson Bradley.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Independent Baptist Tabernacle. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation is 7-9 tonight at the church.
She was a member of Independent Baptist Tabernacle.
She is survived by a son, Darrell R. Whitesides, Gastonia; a daughter, Brenda W. Barker, Belmont; brothers, Jack Bradley of West Virginia, Carl Bradley of Kentucky; sisters, June Murphy of Arkansas, Ruth Stewart of Ohio; grandchildren, Angie Whitesides, Chad M. Barker and Jeffrey D. Smith; great-grandchild, Maranda Whitesides; great-great-grandchild Kaylee.
Pallbearers are Steve Deals, Gary Autry, David Russel, Jimmy Yelton, Ken Bradley, Jammie Yelton.
Officiating clergy is Rev. Ralph Carver, Rev. Richard Horney.
