He was a native of Gaston County, son of the late Walter and Laura Elizabeth Teague Huffstetler, retired from American & Efird of Mount Holly after 45 years of service, member First Baptist Church, recognized as a deacon emeritus, Sunday School teacher, Joy Choir, Holly Club, Marine Corps veteran of World War II, member VFW

SURVIVORS: Wife, Lincie Teague Huffstetler; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Wayne and Suzanne Huffstetler, Reidsville; sister and brother-in-law, Ruby and James Broome, Mount Holly; grandchildren and spouses, Mark Kevin and Debbie Huffstetler, Wilmington, Brandon Wayne and wife Sonya Huffstetler, Ashley Huffstetler and husband Daniel Poindexter, Reidsville; great-grandchildren, Hanna and Brittain Huffstetler
