LATOSKI, Dolores A. (Scherzer) of Battle Creek, Michigan, formerly of Freeland, Michigan. Passed away Wednesday morning September 30, 2009 at the Laurels of Bedford in Battle Creek, MI after a lengthy illness at the age of 74 years. Dolores was born September 6, 1933 in Saginaw, MI to the late Alvin W. and Anna B. (Sokola) Scherzer and had resided in this area most of her life, with the last five years spent in Battle Creek, MI. Dolores enjoyed spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. A daughter, Cindy Sauseda and a sister, Betty Woodward have predeceased Dolores. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday October 2, 2009 at the Cunningham / Taylor Funeral Home in Freeland. Rev. Robert G. Schmidt will officiate with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery in Freeland, MI. Friends may call at the Cunningham / Taylor Funeral Home, 310 E. Washington, Freeland on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m., then on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
