Mrs. Archer was born in Kentucky in 1889 and had lived in the Plainfield community for the past 17 years. She died in the Hendricks County Hospital, Monday. She was a member of the Cartersburg Methodist Church.
Survivors include the husband, Albert; six sons, Everett and Roy, both of Plainfield; Cecil, of Camby; Glenn and John, both of Indianapolis, and Rilus, of near Danville, and one daughter, Mrs. Elsie Rose, of South Bend. One sister, Mrs. Iva Archer, of Plainfield, 23 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.
