Cooper Married Velma F. Newcomb on 21 January 1939, in Roane County Tennessee. Their child Mitzi Sue was born 15 January 1940, and died on 12 April 1940. Mitzi and her father Cooper are both buried here in Dyllis Church Cemetery. We continue to search for her mother (Velma F. Newcomb Cooper).
