Formerly employed as a machinist for the Bessemer & Lake Erie railroad, Mr. Hart retired five years ago. He was a member of the First Methodist church, Greenville Lodge #76 Loyal Order of the Moose and the Golden Age Club.
He was born Mar. 4, 1884 in Greenwood township to Charles L. & Emma (Caldwell) Hart.
Mr. Hart is survived by his wife, the former Clara Quinn to whom he was married July 20, 1910; one son, Howard L. Hart, Youngstown, two daughters; Mrs. J. L. (Helen) McMunigle, Youngstown and Mrs. Edward (Virginia) Nichols, Greenville, a brother, Bret Hart, San Diego, CA; two half sisters, Mrs. M. S. Rhoades and Mrs. Hazel Nickerson, Greenville, also 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services to be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Loutzenhiser Funeral Home with his pastor, Rev. Wendell E. Minigh officiating. Interment will take place in the Shenango Valley cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 7-9 tonight.
