Clarence Fenner, age 88, of Bristol, Virginia and formerly of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away following a long battle with cancer on November 13, 2012 at the Wellmont Hospice House. He was born on May 16, 1924 to the late William and Virgie Wilson Fenner. In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Fenner, who passed away in 1975; sisters: Verna Lee Gentry, Beatrice Jeff and Gladys Barlow and a brother, Paul Edison Fenner.

Clarence is survived by his sisters: Loretta Lowe and Anna Mae Loggins; brothers: Floyd H. Fenner and William Fenner Jr., who is also Clarence's twin brother; several nieces and nephews and many, many special friends.

Graveside Service and Interment with Military Honors were held at the Phillippi Cemetery conducted by the Johnson County Honor Guard and Pastor Richard Stout.
