Kunigunda was the illegitimate child of Catherine Raab. She was b. in Germany b/4 she immigrated with her mom to America @ 1855. Her mother Cath married Frank Evers after the death of his 18-year old first wife Gertrude Buschmeyer and Frank raised Kunigunda Raab as his own. She always went by the name Evers after her mom married Frank. Her natural father was "unknown". That's why I got a kick out of how her mother was listed as "unknown" and her father as Frank Evers on her death certificate.
