Mr. Malbone was born June 14, 1937 in Norfolk, Va., and was the son of the Late Andrew Kenton Malbone Sr. and Virginia E. (Mayes) Malbone.
He was a carpenter and was a member of the Rileyville Ruritans. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
On Jan 10, 1976, he married June E. Turner, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Suvivors include two daughters, Joy E. Holland and her husband, Richard A. Holland of Stephens City, Va. and Andrea S. Malbone and Fiance, Gene G. Knight Jr. of Luray; two granddaughters, Alyssa, N. Holland and Emma Rae Holland of Stephens City; two sisters, Joyce A. Wolford of Payne, Ohio and Cathy A. Lester and husband, Christopher Lester of Fort Myers, Fla.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris E. Malbone.
