Born March 25, 1896, in Hardin County, he was the son of Samuel M. and Rhoda Jane Sampson Weber. He was married to the former Vera Donaldson, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Rev. Robert E. of Delaware, Glen W. of 1403 Latham and Paul D. of San Francisco; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Rosemary) Flanigan of 2720 Zurmehly and Mrs. Harry (Juanita) Schumacher of Pandora; two brothers, Norman of Kenton and Harold of Bowling Green; eight sisters, Mrs. Norma Binkley of Ada, Mrs. Ina White of Reynoldsburg, Mrs. Esther Hisson of 681 W. Elm, Mrs. Estell Flesher of Marion, Mrs. Virginia Thomas of Marion, Mrs. Fairie Kahle of Bellefontaine and Mrs. Pauline Sorgan of Lakeview; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Chiles and Sons-Laman Chapel of Memories, Rev. Robert Turner officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
