Citizenship 10/18/1884.
m. married, variously, Ann E., Ann O. or Elizabeth Ann.
Children:
John Mallett
Charles Henry Mallett (1878-1943)
Charles Henry was born a Paul and was adopted by the Mallett clan. I have found Samuel and what I believe is his sister, Martha Mallett (b. c. 1852) in the 1870 U.S. Census. He was a stable man for the Harrington or Warrington family and she was a maid/housekeeper. By the 1880 U.S. Census, Samuel and Ann E. Mallett were married and living in Avon, Lorain Co., OH. But he is dead by 1900, according to the 1900 Cleveland phone directory, where I find Ann E. Mallett (widow of Samuel) living with her son, Charles H. Mallett at 45 Baden Avenue; Cleveland, OH.
