Wire can only refer to Waeir, which was a name that few could spell at that time period because of the various interchangeable vowels, etc. Nathaniel Seely had first married Jemima Collins and he died in 1799 and is buried in the same cemetery. The marriage cannot refer to his son Nathaniel, Jr., as he was married and having children at the time of this marriage in 1794 (Nathaniel Jr., had a daughter Christian Seeley born Nov 10, 1794 by his wife, Elizabeth).
