He was retired president of Oklahoma Railway Company; born in Oklahoma City, graduate of Central High School, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in 1916. Member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Men's Dinner Club, Oklahoma Golf & Country Club, Charter Member Queensbury Club, Kiwanis Club, and Elder and Trustee of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Memorial services 11 am Monday, Westminster Presbyterian Church directed by Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper with private entombment Rose Hill Mausoleum. Survivors include his wife, Isabel DeBolt; one daughter, Mrs Janice D. Kessenich, OKC; one sister, Mrs Maynard L. Samis, OKC. Memorials to Dean A. McGee Eye Institute or donor's choice.
