Mrs. Charles H. Partidge
The funeral services of Mrs. Chas. Partridge took place from her home this afternoon. She was among the oldest residents of our city, dying at the age of 78 years. Her married life for a period of 56 years, up to the death of her husband last April, has all been passed in Gardiner, in whose wellfare she always felt a warm interest. A woman of wide sympathies, an active mind and gifted with the natural traits of leadership, she has ever taken a deep interest in the charitable and religious life of our city and always extended a ready service to the things which brighten human life. She is survived by one son and three daughters, Mrs. D. N. Weston of Soiux Falls, and Mrs. Weston, Mr. B. W. Partridge and Mrs. Bertha Allen of this city.
