Brinkerton -- On last Wednesday morning after four months illness, Mrs. A. K. Hepler peaceably passed away.
Interment took place Friday at 10 a.m. at the Salem Cemetery. The Rev. Line officiated. The remains were followed to the grave by a large concourse of neighbors and friends.
We can personally say that the community has lost a good Christian woman and an honest faithful neighbor. The family have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement.

Mrs. Emma Hepler, wife of Alkanah Hepler, of Brinkerton, died early on Wednesday morning. Mrs. Hepler was a sister of Mrs. A. J. Hepler, of this place, Mrs. L. M. Mohney, of Frogtown and Q. P. Stahlman, of Wilkensburg. She leaves a husband, two daughters and five sons.
