OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — Ruby Dykes, age 90, of Oak Ridge, passed away Jan. 2, 2012, at Methodist Medical Center.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Lee Dykes; parents, Millard Franklin Douglas and Nancy Gibson Douglas of Elk Valley, Tenn.She is survived by a sister-in-law, Vera Lee Douglas of Clinton; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the funeral at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Don Long officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.Holley-Gamble Funeral Home (www.holleygamblefh.com) in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements.
