Joseph Kelley was born on June 9, 1978 as Toby Joseph ?, to Evelyn Jane (Bruce) Beaudoin and Toby ?. He was adopted by Donald Wayne and Sandra Lee Kelley, after the death of his birth mother on July 2, 1978.
He is survived by his adopted parents and two half brothers, Rene, and Walter Lee Beaudoin, two half sisters, Angel and Tabitha Beaudoin. He was preceded in death by his birth mother Evelyn and half brother, Paul Emile Beaudoin Jr.
