Mr.Blacka was the son of the late Joseph H Blacka and Rose McCoy Blacka.; brother to Thurman Blacka,Nellie Blacka Roach,Catherine Blacka Bamford step brother Maud,Georgia, Frank Wolfe.; step son to Mrs. Annie Ward Wolfe Blacka.
