Dennis Gene Alman, age 61, widower of Rebecca (Chalk) Alman, of Union, SC, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Wallace Thomson Hospital.
Mr. Alman was born in Union, SC, on February 6, 1950, a son of the late James B. Alman and Margaret (Evans) Alman.
Formerly employed with Springfield Industries, he was a member of Ottaray Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force.
Graveside services with Military Honors were held 12:00 noon Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Josh Freeman. The family received friends immediately following the graveside service.
