After World War II, Henry began his career with the California state government first working for the Board of Equalization, and later transitioning to the Department of Real Estate. He progressed rapidly to become the Assistant Commissioner for Southern California Real Estate, and then the Assistant Commissioner in charge of Real Estate Education. While in this position, he had his own television show, answering questions about real estate regulations. After retirement, Henry focused on his hobbies; Hiking, reading, and tennis. In his late 80's, he successfully became one of the tennis champions at Paradise Valley Estates. Henry was a hard-working and fun-loving man, who will be missed by all.
A graveside service is scheduled for 1:30 PM Wednesday December 28, 2011 at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd., Dixon.
