James and Milly had 1 known child; Giles Letcher. Sometime after the death of James, in the Revolutionary War, she remarried and moved to Georgia, and rumored to be buried near Lawrenceville GA.

After James death, Millie married 2nd to Isaac Leferve, and had 1 known child; Martha Leferve. Millie is believed to have died between 1801/1805, they originally, moved to Wilkes Co GA, about 1790.
