Daughter of Francis and Beulah West. Twin sister of Frances Berry. "Kitty" married Paul Luketich on 12/6/1947, in Flint, MI. He preceded her in death in 2000. ∼Fern, "Kitty" Luketich, age 76, died at her home in Mount Morris, Michigan, Wednesday, January 7, 2004. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, in 2000. Fern and Paul were married December 6, 1947 in Flint. She worked for General Motors, AC Spark Plug Division, until her retirement and was a member of UAW Local #651. She loved children, but was unable to have any and completely doted on her sister's six children and the children in her own neighborhood. Cremation took place and a Memorial service was held at 7 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2004 at the Swartz Funeral Home. The daughter of the late Francis (Frank) and Beulah (Coberly) West, was a resident of Mount Morris most of her life. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Frances Roberta Berry. Fern was a loving, caring person and will be remembered for her contagious laugh. She will be greatly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
