Aged Lefors Resident Dies at Home of Son

Mrs. Josephine Baker, 83, better known as "Grandma" Baker to residents of LeFors where she had resided for 10 years, died yesterday afternoon at the home of a son, Drew Baker. She had been a member and worker in the Baptist church during her residence in LeFors.

Survivors are the son, Drew Baker; a daughter, Mrs. J.A. Sargent, Wickett; A sister, Mrs. Judy Delaney, Wilson, Okla., and a brother, John Baccus, Seymour.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in LeFors Baptist church with the Rev. Lawrence, pastor, and Mrs. John Tschirhart, pastor of the Holiness church, officiating. Burial will be in LeFors cemetery under direction of the Duenkel-Carmichael Funeral Home. The body will lie at rest at the home of Drew Baker between 9 a.m. and time of funeral tomorrow.

Pallbearers will be Howard Glick, Sam Bonner, Bob Thacker, Houston Hall, Boyd Smith, and Bert Shipley.

Flower girls will be Madeline Carruth, Lourine Wilson, Delma Barrett, and Yvonne Riley.
