I reckon this is Hugh as the children fit the normal Scottish Naming pattern 1st son named for father's father and second daughter named after father's mother ie John and Isabel(la) Tarbolton is the large parish beside very small Craigie parish and he may have been brought up in Craigie parish after he was an infant. Although he should have been born May 11, 1811 going by his death age on the gravestone the baptism date may be weeks after the birth date?
