Florence was the daughter of Jack and Sophia Serbin. She was 85 years old at the time of her passing. She was born in Sighsoara, Romania. Florence came to the United States in 1913, first living in McKees Rocks, PA; and then moving to Monroe, Mi. in June, 1928. Florence was the wife of Nick Moldovan. They were married on June 24, 1928, in the Detroit Orthodox Church. Sadly, Nick preceded her in passing on June 10, 1966. She was a member of St. George Serbian Church and several organizations in Monroe, Mi. Florence was survived by four daughters, Lena (Leonard) Bonk, Betty (Kenneth) Myers, Jean (James) Dussia, Pat (Robert) Barron; a brother, John Serbin; 18 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Moldovan; a brother, Jack Serbin; a sister, Mary Bellino, and a great-grandson.
Florence was laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, Mi.
Rest in Heavenly Peace.
