She was born in Grant County, spent her early years there and came to Muncie in 1930 with her parents. She attended Blaine School. At one time during her early adult years, Mrs. Thesing was employed at Gibson's Ice Arena.
Surviving in addition to her husband, to whom she was married 38 years last Thursday, are one sister, Mrs. Fleta Medsker, Madera, Calif., and one brother, Keith A. Townsend, Muncie.
Services will be held at Meeks Mortuary at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday or prior to service time Tuesday.
Memorials may be directed to either the Heart Association or the Cancer Society.
