Mr. Overcash was the son of the late Walter Overcash and the late Agnes Mason Overcash. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Sue Helms Overcash who died July 17, 2005.
Mr. Overcash, a retired welder, had been employed with Moss Trucking Company, Charlotte.
Survivors include, his sons, Brian Overcash and Brad Overcash both of Concord; and a brother, Roger Overcash of Ohio and a Sister, Denise Overcash.
