JULIAETTA Georgia May Flowers, a homemaker and former cook, died of cancer Tuesday at her home in Juliaetta. She was 69.

She was born Aug. 30, 1923, at Walla Walla, the daughter of George H. and Bertha M. Jensen Largent.

As a child she attended grade schools at Keller and Wilber, and graduated from high school at Republic, all in Washington.

She married Thomas G. Flowers Jan. 10, 1942, at Coeur d'Alene.

The couple lived in several different places, and spent many years at Riggins, Idaho, where she worked as a cook at various restaurants.

They also lived at Lewiston for several years, and she was a cook at the Potlatch Corp. cafeteria.

They lived in Juliaetta for the past six years. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.

She is survived by her husband at the family home in Juliaetta; three daughters; two son; a brother, Donald E. Largent of Inchelium, Wash.; a sister, Barbara J. Young of Council; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Linda Lee Ward; and two brothers, Harold C. and Edward W. Largent, died previously.

Visitation hours are scheduled for 1 to 7 p.m. today and 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Malcom's BrowerWann Memorial Chapel in Lewiston.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Malcom's Brower­-Wann, with the Rev. Dan George of the Juliaetta Community Church officiating. Burial will follow at the Garfield Cemetery in Garfield, Wash.

The family suggests memorials be given to St. Joseph's Family Hospice, P.O. Box 816, Lewiston, Idaho, 83501.
