Grover BAUGHER, former Argos citizen, died Monday evening at his home in Geneva, Ill. He had been in ill health for the past 18 months.
Mr. Baugher was the son of Michael and Sarah BAUGHER. His wife, Pearl BAUGHER, preceded him in death on January 19, 1941. They moved from Argos to Illinois a number of years ago.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Elmer FISH of Port Huron, Mich.; a son, George BAUGHER of Illinois, and a sister, Mrs. Alma McGRIFF of West Chicago, Ill.
Funeral services in charge of Rev. Ernest TREBER will be held Wednesday at 2 o'clock at the Umbaugh Funeral Home, Argos. The body will arrive in Argos this evening, and will lie in state at the funeral home where friends may call.
NOTE: Married Margaret "Pearl" Fredendall on Apr 16, 1908 in Nunda twp., McHenry Co., Illinois
