Alice Elizabeth Robertson, the youngest daughter of Charles Robertson, Jr. and Caroline Jane Camm, was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on November 15, 1885. Her father died of Pneumonia when Alice was only two months old after which she was raised, with her two siblings, by her mother.

On August 31, 1909, Alice married Thomas James Snarr in Salt Lake City, Utah. On May 8, 1911, after a "prolonged labor" Alice gave birth to a baby who died of an intra cranial hemorrhage as a result of the difficult delivery. Alice herself was in poor condition after the birth and left Salt Lake City to travel to Logan, where her mother cared for her. Despite her mother's efforts to bring her back to good health, Alice died on May 11, 1911 in Logan. The baby and Elizabeth were buried together in the Logan Cemetery.
