They were living in Morgan County, IN by 1830, as were many of the Kentucky Bakers, but they moved on to Linn, Missouri by 1840 with many, many other Bakers & kin who moved there. George W. Baker also obtained land in Linn, MO and performed weddings there. George W. Baker was not a Rev. War soldier as he was not even born when the war began.
