CORA ESMEYER PARKER "OUR PRECIOUS MOM"
Cora Esmeyer Parker, age 79, passed away June 23, 1994, in Salt Lake City.
Born July 25, 1914, in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Alfred and Cornelia Van Meurs Esmeyer. Married Denton Bert Parker October 25, 1935, in Evanston, Wyoming; he preceded her in death July 25, 1980. Member of the LDS Church. She was dedicated to her family's comfort and well being.
"Thanks, Mom, for being the most precious mother in the world, who was always loving and giving."
Survived by: daughters, Jean McPhail, Carol (Keith) Bates, and Brenda Boyce; sons, Denton A. (Glenda) Parker and Mark D. (Connie) Parker; 21 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Butterwood and Rose (Phil) Seager; brother, Duane (Petie) Esmeyer. Preceded in death by husband, daughter, Mickey Parker Larsen; parents; two brothers and one sister.
Thanks to Utah Senior Health Care and all her friends and neighbors.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 1 p.m., at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m., and Monday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
