Loyola Lee "Loy" Borowiak, 75, of York, died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011 in Lincoln. Loyola was born May 5, 1936 at York to Michael and Mary Ellen (McMahon) Rea.

Loy was married to Clifford Borowiak on July 4, 1956.

Loy is survived by: sons, Paul Borowiak and Father Kenneth Borowiak of Lincoln; daughter, Diane (Kevin) Neujahr of Waverly; grandchildren, Michelle (Brandon) Lorence of Lincoln, Christina (Brian) Erickson of Lincoln, Jacob Neujahr of Lincoln and Allison and Natalie Neujahr of Waverly; great-grandsons, Lathan and Paxton Lorence of Lincoln. sisters, Agnes Ayoub of Grand Island, Peggy Myers of Sacramento, Calif. and Eileen Esch of Mesa, Ariz.; brother, Charles Rea of Denton, Texas; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Esther and Leonard Tarnick of Columbus and a host of relatives and friends.

Loy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clifford; son, Robert John; five brothers; and two sisters.

Burial was in the St Joseph's Cemetery, York, NE.
