Helen Creager, 88 years old passed on September 15, 2011 in Fresno, CA at a long time friend's home. She was born in Milcreek, Oklahoma. She moved to California where she married Harvie L Creager in Modesto on October 24, 1943. Helen lived in Firebaugh, Mendota and Waterford, CA before moving to Chowchilla. She worked many years at various cotton gins and then at Doctors' Hospital in Modesto, CA. Helen spent many happy years with Harvie on their houseboat at Barrett's Cove with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Harvie L Creager, their daughter Jean Creager; her parents, W.A. and Eunice Seawright, a brother Vernon Seawright and two sisters Opal Sales and Ruth Acree. Helen is survived by brothers Wayne Seawright of Modesto, CA; Fred and Ray Seawright of Tulsa, OK. and one sister June Cogburn of Waterford, CA; also numerous nieces and nephews from California to West Virginia. A private burial will be at the Belmont Memorial Cemetery in Fresno, CA on August 26, 2011. Remembrances can be made to the Hinds Hospice, 1616 W Shaw, Ste B-6, Fresno, CA 93711.
