George (Clink) Shrader, 95, of Flintville died Saturday (April 15, 1989) at his residence after an extended illness. Funeral services were conducted Sunday in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral
Home with the Rev. Glenn Hester and the Rev. Billy Langford officiating. Burial followed in the Flintville Cemetery. A native of Sevier County, he was the son of the late William Lafayette Shrader and Sarah Elizabeth Counts Shrader, a member of the Baptist Church and a retired agent and postmaster with the N.C. and St. L. Railroad.

Survivors include a son, Doug Shrader of Fayetteville; two sisters, Ekie Luttrell of Flintville and Lora Wells of Fayetteville and three grandchildren. Info taken from obit in Elk Valley Times April, 1989
