Rev. Daniel Ireland was one of thirteen children born to Thomas and Sarah (Seeley) Ireland, IV. He was the husband of Martha Rebecca (Biddle) Ireland. Rev. Ireland was a minister in the Genesee Section of the Onondaga Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church - entered conference in 1839. He served during the War of 1812.
