Andrew Jackson Formby is the son of Fountain Fontaine Formby and Sophiar COOPER. In 1862 Andrew enlisted as a Private in the Arkansas 33rd Infantry Regiment Company A. Some records also state he was in company D & H.
Andrew married first Martha COOPER about 1874. They had 2 Children:
William Formby
Martha Virginia Formby
After the death of his first wife Martha he married on 4 Oct 1881 Alice Xantippe H HART. They had 8 known children:
