DESERTION ALLEGED IN DIVORCE ACTION
CARLISLE, Oct. 1 - Desertion was charged in the divorce suit instituted in the Cumberland County courts yesterday Jane Ellen Finkenbinder, 276 South West street (sic), through her mother, Mrs. Olive G. Shetron, against Charles M. Finkenbinder of North Pitt street (sic). Mrs. Finkenbinder says her husband deserted her less than three months after they were married, March 31, 1934, in Carlisle.
Mrs. Finkenbinder is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Shetron of Carlisle, formerly of town.
