in the Barbourville Nursing Home.
Mrs. Gray believed in the holiness faith and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Gray is preceded in death by her parents, Calloway and Sudie Gray,
her husband George Overton,
four brothers Gene, Tom, Evie & Ebb Gray and three sisters Georgia Gray, Laurie Gray and Winnie Jones.
Survivors include
Two daughters: Betty Baker and husband Jerry of Flat Lick, Ky.
Sue Goodin and husband Bobby of Hinkle, Ky.
One brother: Marvin Gray and wife Irene of Barbourville, Ky.
One sister: Glady's Craft and husband Trigger of Knighttown, Indiana
Five Grandchildren: Bobbie Jean Goodin, Jennifer Merida, Wendell Goodin, Darlene and Ashley Baker Four Great Grandchildren: Felicity Faulkner, Zachary Early, Mya Mills and Jeffery Merida
Mrs. Gray also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Overton will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel
On Thursday February 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. With Rev. Leslie Broughton officiating.
Interment will be in the Sowders Cemetery at Coalport.
Pallbearers will be Ernie Gray,
Michael Rains, Jimmy Jones, Travis Lawson, James Gray Sr., Bobby Gray,
Elmer Gray, Jeffery Merida and Gerald Shelton. Honorary Pallbearers
will be: Dr. Lohe and Dr. Hasni and the staff of the Barbourville Nursing Home.
