Jeffrey Glenn Anderson, age 52, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his children on Monday, January 4, 2010. Jeff will also be remembered simply as "Fishhead or Fish" by his close friends and family. He was born December 5, 1957 to Forrest and Doris Anderson.
He loved racing motorcycles in his younger years and later drove truck for Tidwell Trucking and Anderson Distributing. He loved working with his dad until health problems made him retire.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and always had a special treat for all the other kids that came to visit. He had a big heart and would have done anything for anyone.
He is survived by his children Melissa Anderson, Mitchell Anderson, and Marty Anderson, all of Nephi. And also his two grandchildren Michael and Briar. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Forrest and Doris Anderson and his son Michael. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 8, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Nephi 2nd Ward Church, 222 South 100 East. A viewing will be held on Thursday night, January 7, at Anderson Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and prior to services, from 9:30 to 11:00. Internment will be at Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Jeff's name at Wells Fargo, Nephi to help with expenses.
